  1. Great program, but I think most beginners make the mistake of not wanting to get stronger. In effect one must think of becoming stronger if one wants to become more massive. It's inevitable, we can not ignore it. But most people do not do an intense and progressive workout, after they amaze at not getting results. The equation is very simple. With intense training, your body adapts and becomes stronger and therefore needs to be stressed stronger to continue to adapt.
