Best way to build lean muscle mass

Mon One of the most common fitness goals is to build muscle, but it is necessary to understand that there are many types of muscle to build.

Do you want big bulky muscles like a bodybuilder? Or do you want lean and toned muscles like a swimming or running athlete?

There are different methods for gaining either type of muscle (and the misconceptions about both). In this article, we will focus on tone and the best steroid for gaining mass skinny.

I. Lean Mass vs. Swelling

First of all, one should know the difference between lean and toned muscles, and swollen muscles.

But in reality, there is no lean muscle, bulky muscle or toned muscle. There is no physiological difference. Muscle is muscle. There are no different types of muscle densities or textures. It's exactly the same.

This, however, is an illusion created by other factors that have nothing to do with whether one muscle tissue is really a different “type” from another.

Instead, it has everything to do with the AMOUNT of muscle a person has built with the amount of fat they do or don't have.

Take, for example, 2 people of the same age and gender, and magically give them the same genetics and body fat percentage. Then have one build 5kg of muscle and the other 15kg of muscle.

To people who do not understand that there are no different 'types' of muscle, it may look like the first person who built 'lean' muscle while the second person built 'big' muscle. ".

In reality, one person just built more muscle than the other, and it just looks bulkier in comparison.

The physiological composition of the muscle tissue of both people is always exactly the same. It's the amount of muscle they've built that creates the illusion that it's different.

II. Lean Mass Gain Steroid Cycles

So, knowing that the “lean mass” effect comes from a decrease in body fat percentage, let’s review the types of steroids that promote muscle mass gain and fat reduction:

1. Trenbolone:

The trenbolone is primarily a steroid that does not cause any water retention. In fact, the opposite is true, Trenbolone will actually cause you to lose water. Trenbolone also has fat burning properties, ensuring you don't accumulate fat. The reason Trenbolone can burn fat is that it is able to reduce levels of cortisol, which is the stress hormone responsible for fat storage.

2. Testosterone:

Testosterone is the only other steroid bulking compound that you can use to gain huge amounts of muscle, but does not cause crazy water retention that other compounds such as Anadrol or Dianabol can cause. Testosterone actually increases muscle hardness and, like trenbolone, can also lead to fat loss. At the same time though, testosterone is not a diuretic and therefore will not cause you to lose water weight (like trenbolone). Testosterone is also very popular for beginners because it is not as taxing on your internal organs as other AAS.
A standard steroid protocol is to take Trenbolone first for 4 weeks and then add testosterone after that time for the remaining 8 weeks of your cycle.

The only possible downside that can occur on this cycle is if you don't tolerate trenbolone very well. It can be quite a toxic steroid; it is almost certain to cause physical and mental side effects. These include: anxiety, paranoia, insomnia and high blood pressure.

If you experience side effects, which get worse at any time, reduce your dose or stop your cycle. Alternatively, you may find it safer and more comfortable to implement shorter cycles to eliminate such reactions in the future. Generally, the longer you take a steroid, the more likely it is to affect you negatively.

Trenbolone and Testosterone are the best steroids for gaining lean mass, but there are some that are just as powerful and common:

2. Anadrol:

Anadrol is an incredibly powerful steroid when it comes to building lean mass. If you want to build muscle and size ASAP and don't worry about water retention, Anadrol is arguably the best AAS for the job. However, it's worth noting that the fluid buildup you'll experience on Anadrol diminishes after your cycle ends, so this is something to consider if it's the off season and you don't mind taking some water weight in order to look your best in a few months. When it comes to building muscle tissue, Anadrol is superior to testosterone and many other anabolic steroids.

3. Dianabol:

Dianabol is similar to Anadrol, but it's less harsh and you won't experience as many side effects. Like Anadrol, you will experience some water retention (usually more than testosterone/trenbolone), but if you take a reasonable dose, it won't be anything too extreme. In terms of muscle gains (versus side effects), oral Dianabol is one of the best AAS on the market. It's not too harsh and has proven to be one of the best steroids you can use to build muscle (which has remained the same for the last 50 years).

It is important to note that these steroids will give you the bulking effect, with a diet swelling power supply. But, with a diet low in fat and carbohydrates and rich in protein and vitamins from fresh produce, you will achieve the desired “lean mass” effect.

As these are typically bulking steroids, one should instead ignore the bulking diet guidelines that come with these steroids. Follow our guidelines for gaining lean mass below.

III. Lean Mass Workout

On average, the main goal of anyone interested in building lean muscle mass is to tone their body without adding fat. Lean muscle generally refers to tissue that doesn't have a lot of fat in or around it, which makes you look more solid.

The central premise behind certain lean muscles is that they grow over time, allowing your body to improve in overall strength. This point means you can set yourself up for lots of repetitive, low-resistance exercises, which can help reduce the amount of fat on your body.

You'll also want to consider spending more time doing cardio to help reduce fat.

Once you've reduced your total amount of fat, your muscles will be front and center for everyone to see. However, you need to keep working out to maintain your toned appearance. The main objective of this process is to keep fat out of the body; your muscles will then be able to do all the necessary work.

IV. Diet For Lean Mass

As mentioned earlier, the less fat your body has, the leaner you'll look, so you'll need to eat a healthy diet to stay in shape as you reach your fitness goals. Some professional coaches recommend that you eat small meals every three hours that include fresh vegetables, non-fat protein sources, and a complex carbohydrate.

The most important thing to do is to stay away from fatty and sugary foods, as this will give your body false energy which will become your fat stores. Stick to whole foods that are as close to their natural state as possible, so you're not dealing with artificial flavors, colors, and preservatives.

In addition, your muscles need protein as much as the human body needs water to survive. When you exercise, there will be small tears in your muscles that will need protein to heal. As the tissues recover, they then become stronger and more meaningful over time.

Without protein, you're preventing your muscles from getting the one nutrient they need to grow stronger after being broken down. That said, you won't want to settle for an old source of protein, especially when you're on a diet designed to cut fat. Some of our favorite healthy protein sources include fish, beans, eggs, and chicken.
