We offer different warehouses around the world for a faster and more efficient delivery!
Each warehouse offers different shipping costs and sends a separate package, hence additional shipping costs if you order from several warehouses.
Delivery times also vary depending on the warehouse and depend on various factors such as postal service efficiency, customs clearance, international transit, etc., therefore we give you an approximation based on our statistics and past experience.
Maximum discretion is used for packaging and shipping. Our premium delivery service uses First Class Priority Airmail, the safest and most secure way for this type of shipment.
Information: if you live in a European country, customs sometimes ask you to pay additional European VAT charges on your package, generally less than 30 Euros, only for these Warehouses:

If all or part of your order is missing, broken or seized in customs, we will resend your order to you free of charge (1 resend maximum).
We send you your tracking number immediately after sending your package and you can track your package via the carrier's website (we send you all the information by email with your tracking number).
*The insurance does not cover the return if:
- You made a mistake in the delivery address.
- If the package stays too long at the post office although we have warned you that you have to pick it up.
- The non-delivery of the package is your responsibility.
- If you do not provide us with a new address and name to redeliver the order.
- The Insurance gives right to 1 return of the order, and not a refund.
- Second deliveries are made once a month.
How to track my parcel
Once your order has been paid, it will be prepared and then shipped if all products are in stock.
Once shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information to track your package.
If you have ordered from several warehouses (“warehouses”), you will receive several emails with several tracking numbers because you will receive several packages.
On http://2gettrack.trackingmore.com/ , please enter your tracking number to track your package.
You can also enter your order number with the secret code (for example, “2GM00001-5z5ZVKVlQaz3fRktLp ..“) to track all the packages in your order at once (because you may have multiple packages if you ordered from multiple warehouses), you can then click on each tracking number to view the tracking information for the different warehouses.
