Injectable Epithalon use:

- Duration: 10 - 20 days
- Dosage: between 5 and 10 mg per day (20 mg intravenously for terminally ill patients)
- Injection frequency: 1 injection per day for a low dose, 2 injections for a higher dose (divided between the morning and late afternoon injection)
